Marking the passing of Louise Marie Zangle
01 Mar 2000. Charlie Geiger's letter marking the passing of Louise Marie Zangle.
1 May 2000. I Received this letter from cousin Debbie written by her father, my uncle Charlie marking the passing of Louise Marie Zangle...
I don't know if any of you remember my cousin Louise Marie Zangle from
Phoenix, but she passed away Thursday evening of congestive heart failure.
The last time you would have seen her was at our house in Kings Park many
years ago. She contacted Polio just after she had twins around 55 to 60 years
ago. Her sister Pat, who was a bridesmaid in our wedding party, quit her job
and stayed home to help her with the children. They moved out west around 50
years ago. She was the one my Mom referred to as the talker. The truth was
that she could in fact out talk my Mom. Louise was around 79 and only started
having problems in February of this year, so it was a bit of a shock to her
family. When we were out west we stopped to see them in 1986 and 87, so it
has been awhile since we saw them. Just though I would pass this along. We
had a very nice Easter with the boys (Jason and Matt). Looking forward to the
reunion and getting to see you all.
